Todd Lowe, the owner-operator of Lake Oconee Guide Service has been fishing Lake Oconee since the early 1980's. He has been guiding professionally on Oconee since 1991. Todd has a college degree in Wildlife Technology from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and is active in the management of private ponds in and around Central Georgia.

He is a life member of B.A.S.S., Operation Bass, and the Georgia Bass Federation. Todd is also active in a local bass club on the lake and was voted president of the Lake Oconee Bassmasters for the 2000 season. He also fishes many tournaments throughout the Southeast including the FLW, Everstart, FLW series, Guys and Dolls and other local trails.
